She wants to get involved with the goverment and believes that anybody who wants to help should be allowed to. She also helps out at her mother's apothacary from time to time.

{Appearance Information}
^{Complexion: Alenya skin is very pale. It's not alabaster bale so that you can see her veins but more of an ivory pale. Alenya has a long oval face with a softly pointed chin. Her nose is thin, long and slender. Down the side of her right arm are markings of a lavender color. They don't mean anything that she is aware of. The same markings also go down her spine.
Height: 5'10
Weight: 125 pounds
Hair: A dark black color. It gets more steadily wavy as the longer it gets. The final length fall somewhere between her her mid arm to her elbows as her hair is layered. She has been known to streak or change her hair color every now and then, but she normally doesn't have the time to focus enough to change the atomic structure of her hair to do so and keep up with it so she normally leaves it to her natural color.
Eye: Alenya's eyes are a bright sky blue. They're almond shaped and they're rather large, but not fare apart.
Wings: Alenya's wings are dark purple in color when they reach her back, but they fade into a sky blue color similar to her eyes torwards the end and they end in white coloring at the tips. They're shaped like butterfly's but instead of being big and square like they're thinner and extend more.

Alenya was very studious and is still studious to this day. She loves to read and she loves to study everything and everyone. Her majors at the Amythest academy was Political Science, Psychology, and History. She's been teased for her book wormishness but she learned to ignore it more then anything.
Alenya has a sharp tongue and uses it often. She loves to debate. She learned most of her debating skills from her father, Altoras Askani, who was also another Politician in the court before retiring his career to focus more on family. Alenya debates often with her father to keep up her skills. More often then not Alenya has a witty comback for any verbal attack on her, her beliefs, or her friends.
While most of the time, Alenya can seem distant and cold due to her intense drive to get where she wants to be in her life, the people who truly know Alenya know that she can be kind and she's normally the first person to want to do something fun, if she's done with school work that is. But she's there fore her friends when they need her
Likes: psychology, history, politics, debating, studying, listening to music, painting even though she's not all that good at it, and flying.

Background:
Alenya was born in two worlds. She was born in the world of a normal faery child and she was born in the world of the courts. Altoris wanted to keep his family seperate from the courts of the royality as much as he could, but did not want to give up his political power. So for the first ten years of Alenya's life, she spent her days in the world outside the courts attending Amethyst Academy, but Alenya was also brought into the world of politics when invitations were extended to families for functions.
When at said functions, Alenya would sit near her fater as much as she could. She wouldn't want to run off with other children her age. She lived to hear about what was really going on in her world. Most people commented that she was a rather strange child, but Alenya didn't care. She wanted to learn more. She always thirsted for knowledge and this was no exception. It was this realization that forced her father to leave the realm of the political courts because he didn't want his daughter to be part of the danger.
This did not disuade Alenya though. She still learned as much as she could and her mother encouraged her to do what she wanted so that she would be happy. Aliya wanted her daughter to have her dream no matter what and would often admonish her husband for trying to get their daughter to do something that she didn't want. So, Altoris reluctantly began to teach his daughter the ways of the royal courts.
Alenya went to the Amythest Academy to study politics, psychology, and history. She knew that she needed to know the past to see where the Kingdom was going. She also knew tht since she did not grow up living in the courts that she would have to learn what people thought in order to protect herself and use reason to try and calculate what they would do next. She took politics as a self indulgent course.
Since graduating the Amethyst Academy, Alenya is on her way to finding an Internship in the royal courts. Her father is trying to help her as much as he can.}

Alenya walked the pathway into the courts. She couldn't help but be even the slightest bit nervous. After all, this was her first day at an apprenticeship that could possibly lead her to her dream career. What fearie wouldn't be nervous? She would love to meet the one that wouldn't so she could get tips.
The job was a simple one she would have to admit but this was more about making contacts and she knew that more then anything. The person she would be slaving away for, no that's harsh, helping, would be Nevenski a faerie with a moderately high seat on the court. To be honest, she really wanted nothing more then to just jump into a debate, but she knew that she would only have to sit still and take notes for him at the meeting.
Why is our govermental system so naive? she thought to herself. She could feel that there was something coming. Signs were everywhere. The air smelled different and most faeries knew that that was a tall tale sign that something bad was going to happen. Why couldn't anyone else see it?
She was snapped out of her reveen when someone called her name. Nevenski was going to meet her now.
